Urgent Help Needed

Adoptions and donations are currently very slow and we are in need of one-time and reoccurring donations. 


Our rescue animals rely on your support, as the costs for feed, hay, supplements, vet and farrier add up quickly. 


Stricker Sunshine Rescue Ranch is 100% supported by donations.

Welcome to Stricker Sunshine Rescue Ranch

Stricker Sunshine Rescue Ranch, Inc. was established in April of 2023. Alan & Tammy Stricker have been personally rescuing horses and donkeys since 2014. We are now a 501c3 non-profit organization. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, retrain and rehome horses and donkeys in need. Horses and donkeys come to SSRR from many situations including but not limited to owner surrenders, sheriff seizures, auctions, and kill pens.  Our goal is to heal each rescue physically, emotionally and spiritually.  It is amazing what love, proper medical care, farrier care, and proper nutrition can do. One life at a time!


Please DONATE if you can! Anything helps! Adoptions are super slow and the horses NEED Feed, Hay and Vet Care. We need each of you! We can do this as a community. Non-profit 501c3.
