Warland is a big beautiful boy with a ton personality. 21 year young American Warmblood Holsteiner. Warland was in the same home with the same friend and owner for approx. 15 years therefore it took a bit for him to adjust. Once he did, all of his personality and love shined through. Warland was surrendered due to owners health. He did show in his previous life. We evaluated him on the ground and in the round pen and he did perfect with voice request. We have taken him on a few trail rides and he did wonderful. He will need a confident rider only due to his size. He is a great boy with a ton of heart. The dentist did have a concern so we are awaiting for the vet to come out and complete x-rays then this boy will be ready for adoption. He is up to date on all vetting and trims. He will need to be on a joint supplement as well.

Captain: Sassy boy Captain is a 20 yr old Arabian! Captain came in with his ears pinned non stop last May. We gave him time to settle in and learn our routine and ask nothing of him for approx. 30 days. We slowly started working with him however he was still not ready. Not only was he threatening with pinning his ears, he started acting on it. He offered to bite and if you tried to pick up his hooves at all, he would try to kick and bite. We decided to give him more time to adjust and learn that he is ok and could trust us. I started working with him again. He round pens great with ears up however as soon as he is on or off lead and you talk to him or ask anything of him, he pins his ears and actually snarls at you. I had to vet out and he said it was fear based. I started slowly working with him, touching him all over first with stick and string slowly everyday then my hands and brushes all over him. Round penning, backing, yielding, moving. I could finally pick up his front hooves however the farrier came and it was def a big no. We will continue to slowly work with him and try to meet him where he is however we need to get him safe to handle. Up to date on all vetting. If there is a home out there that is looking for a companion horse and is a trainer or experienced that can provide sedation for trims until you train him up, please reach out to us.

We call him Bak Bak! This boys personality is as big as he is. 24 year young Gypsy Vanner. He has come a long way. Most likely due to being neglected and starved, he developed anhidrosis which means he does not sweat. We have to keep him in a double stall during the summer with fans, misters and a portable cooler. We have tried every product out there to help him sweat. One of our supporters did send us true sweat and he is sweating a bit however it may just be the time of year. Time will tell. He also has fecal water syndrome. This is a condition in which horses produce normal manure, but before, during, or after defecation watery feces runs from the anus. Again, we have tried every product out there. We have spent thousands trying to heal this. Currently we are utilizing Twenty four carrots sand free and inner glow. Fingers crossed. Bak was imported as a 6 year old in 2008. Is there a home out there that would care for him like we do? Is there a home out there with a stall that has AC with a stay at home mom that is going to care for his every need? If he was 12 or even 17, we would push harder to find the right home but this boy is 24 and went from being imported to starved! He is spoiled, he is pushy, he is kind and has a huge personality! Bak does love to trail ride. He is on the lazy side. If we could find a home for Bak that could offer him everything that he needs, he would be available for adoption to the perfect home. Up to date on all vetting. If you think you would be the right fit, please reach out to us.

Roman: 17 year young quarter cross. This beautiful boy is doing good. We have let him take this time to get to know the property again. We are trying to decide if we can send him to our trainer, Cat Zimmerman for a refresher or work with him here. He is so beautiful and a great boy however it takes the right person to be able to ride him. He has to have a confident rider and has to be consistently ridden or he gets super sassy under saddle. Up to date on all vetting. If you are looking for a great horse and are a confident rider, please reach out to us. Sponsorship $325 per month
