Volunteer Orientation has been rescheduled to Saturday, Feb. 21st at noon. We have had a few people reach out regarding volunteer opportunities so we would like to offer an orientation day. We are offering a few opportunities here at SSRR. Must be 16 years and older.
Volunteer - no experience required. We need help caring for the horses and the horses always need more love. Duties include: mucking stalls and pastures, scrubbing and filling water buckets, making hay bags, barn clean up, grooming and bathing if you have horse experience. You will be with another point volunteer during training. In return, you will receive all of the horse hugs! Everyone is welcome to volunteer at SSRR, no matter your level of experience. 

We do have a few requirements in order to be eligible to volunteer. Interested individuals must submit a completed volunteer questionnaire. After submission and approval, you may be required to attend a volunteer orientation at our rescue. We do ask that each volunteer have a set schedule. We need to be able to schedule accordingly. We must stick to our schedule to assure that all of the horses needs are met.
